Free download, internet release, via Lepers productions, Garage Boy is a one-man band, exploring - or better, playing within - the boundaries of unordinary pop, punk, oblique dub and toy music, blended with hints of hentai, cellphones ring tones, audio (vocals) samples, and whatever else may be the glue for his instruments.
While Gimmie Gimmie and Le Grand Passion d'Amour are two anachronistic no-wave rides and, strangely, the two things more song-formal (instruments and voice formula) to the eyes of the whole non-orthodoxy of this songs collection, La Moderna Vivo plays on a dubbish tempo, Sombart & Weber on a jazzy ground (with stadium chants), Robo Clock runs as a fast electronic drug, and I'm Coming California! is nearly wow-wave in its stupidity quacking.
What can I say, it looks like a sound diary, experiments, memories, (margin) notes and impressions of someone, - made public.

Mentre Gimmie Gimmie e Le Grand Passion d'Amour sono due anacroniste sveltine no-wave, - e stranamente, le cose più simile alla classica forma canzone (per la formula strumenti e voce) rispetto alla totale non-ortodossia di questa collezione di pezzi -, La Moderna Vivo gioca su un tempo dub-besco, Sombart & Weber su un piano jazz (nonchè con cori da stadio), Robo Clock corre veloce come una droga elettronica, e I'm Coming California! è pressappoco wow-wave nel suo stupido starnazzare da papero.
Che dire, rassomiglia ad un diario sonoro, con esperimenti, note (al margine), impressioni, i ricordi di qualcuno, - il tutto, reso pubblico.
